Leftovers turn into a Cajun meal

I had so much left overs from yesterday that yippee cooking was quick today

I decided to cook some New Orleans style dirty rice from a box and shred my left over chicken into it after it’s done.

Mondays are usually Hot dog day, but no need in being wasteful. Lol

I love semi homemade.

I also had some Remoulade sauce that is used to pour over fried green tomatoes, and cheesy grits. I thought it might be the final touch I need.
